Experts
The Organizing Committee of the Inspiration Award is responsible for the strategic formation of the Expert Council (Jury Panel). Our selection process is a multi-stage coordination effort designed to ensure the highest level of professional scrutiny.

1. Selection and Invitation Process
The Expert Council is formed through a rigorous vetting process. The Organizing Committee identifies and initiates contact with potential candidates based on their global or national reputation, professional achievements, and contribution to the arts. Each invitation is preceded by a comprehensive review of the candidate’s portfolio and professional background. Admission to the Council is a result of formal coordination and a bilateral agreement on the standards of excellence.

2. Discipline-Specific Appointment
To ensure an objective and expert-level evaluation, judges are invited to preside strictly over nominations that align with their specific professional profile. A world-class choreographer will only evaluate Dance & Choreography, while a renowned cinematographer will focus on Videography. This ensures that every nominee is judged by a "peer" with proven expertise in that exact field.

3. Pro Bono Participation & Recognition
Participation in the Expert Council is an honorary, non-paid professional activity. Experts do not receive any financial compensation or monetary rewards for their evaluation work. This policy is strictly maintained to ensure the independence and impartiality of the judging process. As a gesture of professional gratitude, the Organizing Committee may award experts with:
  • Official Certificates of Appreciation;
  • Honorary regalia and institutional recognition;
  • Public acknowledgement of their expert status in the award’s official archives.

4. Remote Evaluation & Global Collaboration
In the spirit of fostering international cooperation and overcoming geographical barriers, experts may perform their duties remotely. The evaluation process is conducted via specialized digital platforms, encrypted online portals, and video conferencing. This allows the Award to maintain a diverse, international panel of judges without compromising the depth of the review.

5. Expert Functions & Responsibilities
The primary function of an expert is to conduct a detailed assessment of each submission according to the 50-point evaluation system. Experts are required to:
  • Verify the technical mastery and originality of the work;
  • Provide professional commentary justifying the scores;
  • Ensure the integrity of the selection process within their designated category.

6. Confidentiality & Ethical Standards
All members of the Expert Council are bound by a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Any information regarding applicants, internal voting results, or proprietary evaluation data must be kept confidential.

7. Integrity Clause
The Organizing Committee reserves the unilateral right to disqualify or remove an expert from the panel at any stage if there is a reasonable doubt regarding their honesty, objectivity, or if a conflict of interest is identified. Maintaining the absolute prestige and transparency of the Award is our highest priority.

Inspiration Award Evaluation System
This scoring system is designed to ensure a fair, transparent, and rigorous professional evaluation of all nominees across various creative disciplines.

3. Judging Process and Final Score Calculation
The final ranking of each nominee is determined through a weighted consensus of the expert jury panel. To ensure maximum objectivity and eliminate individual bias, the following descriptive procedure is applied:
  1. Individual Tabulation: Each member of the jury independently evaluates the submission across five distinct professional benchmarks. The judge assigns a score from 1 to 10 for each criterion, resulting in an Individual Composite Score with a maximum value of 50 points.
  2. Aggregate Calculation: The Final Award Score is derived by calculating the arithmetic mean of all Individual Composite Scores. This is achieved by summing the total points awarded by every evaluating judge and dividing that sum by the total number of judges on the panel.
  3. Laureate Qualification: A candidate is officially designated as a Winner (Laureate) only if their calculated mean score reaches the high-excellence threshold of 43.0 to 50.0 points. This rigorous standard ensures that the title is reserved for those who demonstrate exceptional mastery and significant artistic merit, as verified by a collective expert agreement.
  4. Tie-Resolution: In cases where two or more nominees achieve identical mean scores, the candidate with the highest specific rating in the "Technical Mastery" category is granted priority.
